Project narrative
The work reinterprets an existing Southern California residence through a cleaner architectural expression, upgraded performance, and a more deliberate relationship between interior rooms and outdoor gathering spaces.
Kitchen and bathroom areas were refreshed for everyday use, while openings, glazing, hardscape, landscape, and poolside improvements strengthen the lifestyle value of the property.
