Project narrative
The ADU is organized with public living, dining, and kitchen areas in one leg and private bedrooms and bath in the other, creating a practical hierarchy inside a compact plan.
The building orientation, entry yard, and separate outdoor zones help the new dwelling feel open and independent from the main house.
