Project narrative
The project replaces surface parking with a five-story mixed-use building that brings housing and ground-floor commercial program to an urban site.
The façade language uses stone, formed metal, and warm stucco tones to create a contemporary but grounded street presence. Project credit noted as prior experience with Struere.
