Project narrative
The project proposes a new urban building with 49 condominiums above approximately 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
The design concept also retains and restores the historic Lakeside Car Wash sign, using preservation as a distinctive identity feature. Project credit noted as prior experience with Struere.
